Position: Training Development Specialist
Location: Remote (CST hours)

We are searching for a Training Development Specialist to join our client, a technology company known for its innovative solutions and cutting-edge products. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Responsibilities
Design and Develop Training Materials:Create engaging and effective training content, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis:Identify learning needs within the organization and develop targeted training programs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts:Work closely with internal teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.
Implement Training Programs:Deliver training sessions either in person or virtually to employees at all levels.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:Collect feedback and data to measure the impact of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
Skills Required
Experience in Training Development:Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Content Creation Skills:Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Adaptability:Flexibility to adjust training approaches based on feedback and changing needs.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree:Preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Training Certification:Certification in training development or instructional design is a plus.
Experience:At least 2 years of experience in training and development roles.
