URGENT HIRING: Transactional Corporate Attorney - Winston-Salem or Raleigh, NC
Location: In-Office - Winston-Salem or Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $100K-$160K (Based on experience)

Candidate Snapshot:

* 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience
* Strong academic background (JD from ABA-accredited law school)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Licensed to practice in North Carolina
* Solid experience handling M&A, contracts, business formation, and general corporate transactions

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the NC Bar
