12561 – UI/UX Designer (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions.
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with designing and developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. (3+ years)
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Experience in the energy or technology sectors.
• Experience in front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities :
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product.
• Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
• Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision.
• Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences.
