Ultrasound Technologist - Travel Position Location: Tacoma, WA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10s Nights Pay: $2375/week Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The technologist will perform high-quality sonographic examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. * Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort. * Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images for interpretation. * Document and maintain patient records, images, and reports accurately. * Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient evaluations. * Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions as needed. * Follow infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
