Key Responsibilities:
• Design personalized itineraries tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Research destinations, activities, and experiences to create unique recommendations.
• Manage schedules and bookings for accommodation, transportation, and activities.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
• Handle adjustments or changes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for creating meaningful and well-planned experiences.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in planning or coordinating itineraries is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
