Job Title: Vendor Account Manager
Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20 - $23/hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

A fast-paced e-commerce retailer in Ocean County, is seeking a Vendor Account Manager.  


JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for signing up and creating new vendor accounts
• Handle set–up and maintenance of vendor accounts and products. This is a temporary position, potentially for the right person, temp-to-hire.
• Work with new vendors to set up accounts and enter product information
• Investigate vendor issues, identify solutions, and follow up via phone and email

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

• Sale oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written/verbal skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office skill set – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Web savvy, able to learn new software easily
• Self-starter with superior follow up skills
• Fast learner with the ability to take direction well
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Team player
• Experience working in a customer service role; within an e-commerce environment is a plus
