Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, ensuring clear project requirements and delivering technical solutions that meet client needs. This position requires expertise in managing cross-divisional activities, executing technical upgrades, and overseeing control assessment programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed business analysis plans to identify problems, opportunities, and effective solutions.
Clarify project requirements to support the development of technical solutions.
Manage implementation processes to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead cross-divisional activities related to project or program management.
Execute technical upgrades and migrations to cloud-based solutions.
Conduct control assessments, including gap assessments and remediation efforts.
Communicate technical and business requirements effectively through oral presentations and written reports.
Participate in high-level architectural and engineering discussions to manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP).
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
