**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Virtual Sales Associate who will play a key role in our sales process. This position is responsible for procuring prospects using a software tool provided by SociBolt, enrolling those prospects into pre-designed email sequences, and ensuring consistent follow-up. The ultimate goal is to move leads through the customer journey and book discovery calls with our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Use our lead generation software (Apollo.io) to identify and engage qualified prospects.
* Enroll prospects into pre-built email sequences and ensure that follow-ups are executed on schedule.
* Track and manage lead interactions, moving leads through the sales pipeline toward booking a discovery call.
* Ensure all communications with leads are professional, prompt, and consistent.
* Report on lead progress, interactions, and performance of email sequences.
* Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM, keeping track of lead statuses and follow-up tasks.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
* Comfortable with using software tools like Apollo.io (training will be provided).
* Strong written communication skills.
* Ability to manage and organize multiple leads at once.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
* Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
