Job Description: Wafer Process Operator

HieFo Corporation, a leading provider of advanced optical communication solutions, is seeking a skilled Wafer Process Operator to join our team. This position will be on 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disposition wafers through the semiconductor wafer manufacturing production process, including photolithography, etching, PECVD, metallization, and lapping areas
• Operate test and fabrication equipment
• Use microscopes for measurement and inspection
• Collect data and report anomalies to the Production Manager as needed
• Enter data into computer systems, using Excel spreadsheets or the Manufacturing Execution System
• Work inside a cleanroom environment (wearing personal protective garments is required)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as required

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with dedicated procedures
• Some production assembler experience

Preferred Experience:

• Working in a team environment with minimum supervision
• Cleanroom experience
• WORKING EXPERIENCES ON WAFER PROCESSING IS A PLUS
