As Warehouse & Logistics Manager youll play a critical role in delivering a worldclass experience to our retailers distributors and beauty professionals.This role will also ensure a smooth flow of inventory from receiving and storing to shipping and distribution while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You can also expect to:

• Seamlessly manage inventory from receiving and storing to shipping and distribution.
• Identify onboard and grow business accounts through calls emails and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong distributor partnerships aligning on budgets forecasts and plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning teams to anticipate market trends and volume changes.
• Ensure launch dates and deliveries are consistent across all accounts.
• Represent TGB at trade shows client meetings and industry events.
• Implement Freight Shipping Program to service our fastgrowing B&M accounts.
• Recruit train and supervise warehouse staff while fostering a collaborative work environment to effectively meet and exceed Fulfillment SLAs.

About You:

Youre a dynamic detailoriented professional with a proven ability to thrive in fastpaced environments. With at least 3 years of experience in warehouse managementideally in CPGs or the beauty industryyou bring strong knowledge of inventory supply chain processes and a handson approach to leading teams. Youre comfortable navigating shipping systems like FedEx USPS and DHL interpreting business regulations and ensuring operations align with company protocols and applicable laws.

Heres what else youll need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• OSHA certification or the ability to complete OSHA training successfully.
• Forklift certification or the ability to complete training and operate machinery safely.
• Advanced working knowledge of shipping software and the ability to learn new integrations efficiently.
• Proficiency in Office Suite; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
