SwagUp is disrupting the industry by streamlining the end to end supply chain and making it available through a single platform utilizing powerful APIs and interfaces (e.g. dashboard). As the fastest growing swag company, we have made great strides towards our mission of eliminating the friction in the swag creation and distribution process. This is an on-site (Piscataway, NJ) full-time job. Monday-Friday 8-4:30 (must be flexible to work OT and weekends when necessary). Hourly rate: $16.50

Looking for a company that utilizes your diverse set of supply chain and logistics operations skills? Perfect, then this is the perfect place for you. We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will lead, develop and grow a high performance fulfillment operation. You will be tasked with auditing current needs and identifying innovative new ways to prepare for hyper-growth. This is an incredibly hands-on role where you'll wear a lot of hats to keep the loot supply chain running smoothly!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to receive product and stow away properly.
• Prepare orders for our customers
• Place boxes onto a pallet and then load onto a truck.
• Work in an area where machinery is present.
• Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
• Prepping department- must be able to stand on feet for at least 8 hrs, sense of urgency, detail oriented, and willing grow into leadership if opportunities present themselves.

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• High School diploma/ G.E.D
• Some college (Preferred)
• Basic English
• ability to work in a fast paced environment,
• able to communicate with other team members
• ability to use RF based equipment.
• experience with either excel or google sheets preferred.

• Trabajar en un área donde hay maquinaria pesada
• Frecuentemente doblar, estirar, levantar y alcanzar diferentes objetos tanto por debajo de la cintura como por encima de la cabeza
• Capacidad para levantar artículos de hasta 50 libras en una base 
• Entusiasmo, buena energía y disposición. En SwagUp, amamos lo que hacemos. 
• Departamento de preparación: debe poder mantenerse de pie durante al menos 8 horas, tener sentido de urgencia, orientado a los detalles y dispuesto a convertirse en líder si se presentan las oportunidades.

REQUISITOS

• Diploma de escuela secundaria/ G.E. / algo de universidad (preferido)
• Inglés basico 
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de constante cambio
• capaz de comunicarse con otros miembros del equipo
• Capacidad para utilizar equipos basados ​​en RF.
• Se prefiere experiencia con Excel o Google Sheets.
