This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Job time:** Full Time **Shift:** Rotational **Compensation:** $21/hr **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance + Paid Vacation and Holidays + Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) + Disability Insurance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Cargill retirement plans **Principal Accountabilities:** + Performing warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, lifting box, stacking boxes, handling product, palletizing & scanning labels into inventory, etc. + Interacting regularly with peers and management + Operating forklifts and rideable pallet jacks + Understanding and adhering to all food safety policies, safety policies and procedures + Maintaining a safe and clean work environment + Other duties as assigned **Required Qualifications:** + Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) + Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 80lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation + Basic computer skills + Previous Stand up Forklift experience + Ability to work indoors in a cold environment throughout the shift to fulfill orders, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) + Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice **Preferred Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous experience in warehouse or production environment + Previous experience in cold or refrigerator environment Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
