Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff during offshift hours, ensuring effective team performance and productivity.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and enhance operations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
