Position Title: Packer

Location: Rockwell, NC

Status: Contract – opportunity for conversion to Full Time permanent employment with client

Status: On-site

Shift/Schedule: (3:15 pm – 11:45 pm EST)

Pay Range: US $15.00 per hour

Client Info / Who they are:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented packer to join the team of a health and beauty manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by carefully packing items, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Extremely neat, clean and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes hectic environment.
• The desire to work long term with room for advancement.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift, bend, squat, twist, reach, stoop, lift.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages up to 55 pounds.
• Loyal and Have a Great Attitude.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus but not required.

Performance Objectives / What you’ll be doing:

• Pack, seal, and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect items for quality before packing, ensuring all products are free of defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting any discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
