Our in-house team of 19 includes web developers, graphic designers, writers, branding and marketing strategists, project managers, and more.
Role Description
We are looking for an entry-level website designer/developer to join our growing team. We build websites on a variety of platforms, but we are specifically looking for someone who is familiar with WordPress right now. This role is entry-level with opportunities for advancement, and the starting salary depends on experience. We offer a great benefits package with health insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
Location & Hours
70% of our team members are local and work in our office in Lawton, and the rest are out of state and work from home. For this role, we would love to find someone who lives around here so they can work in person and learn from being around the team, but for the right person, we are open to a fully remote hire. We hire a lot of military spouses who start with us in person when they are stationed at Fort Sill and then become remote team members when they PCS, so we are very open to that as well.
