Job Description:
We are looking for a well-rounded welder/fabricator who is knowledgeable in all facets of welding, cutting and fabricating. You must be familiar with all common ferrous and non-ferrous materials. You must not only be proficient in all areas of welding and cutting but you also must know what is the best process to use for a given project and why. In addition, you must know and be familiar with the many different filler wires and electrodes and when to use them. We provide you with up to date welding equipment and all the heavy equipment to make the jobs possible.

Requirements:
Highly proficient in all areas of welding (MIG, TIG & Stick)
The ability to hold fabrication tolerances at +/- 1/16" (or better) is a must.
Leveling and squaring ability (without the assistance of others)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints without assistance
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Ability to occasionally push/pull/carry up to 70 pounds by one's self
Valid Illinois state driver's license
Welding classes and/or technical training is a plus
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
