What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair well systems, including pumps, pressure tanks, and piping
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components
• Install new systems for homes, farms, and businesses
• Test water quality and recommend treatment solutions
• Interact with customers and explain solutions clearly
• Maintain and restock the work truck with necessary tools and parts
• Travel within a 90-minute radius of Denver, PA
• Work 45-50 hours per week with on-call rotation every 4-5 weekends

We're Looking For:

• General Labor Experience: At least 1 year (construction, landscaping, or maintenance) – plumbing/electrical is a plus
• Teachable & Driven: Eager to learn and follow direction
• Detail-Oriented: Keeps work areas clean and organized
• Dependable & Trustworthy: Provides honest repair assessments
• Great Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers
• Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., kneel, and work in various weather conditions
• Tech-Savvy: Uses mobile apps and tools for job tracking

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-25/hour (based on experience)
