We’re offering a competitive salary of $5,500 to $7,000 a month for our next Wellness Coach!
Your role is to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals by providing guidance, education, resources, feedback, support, and motivation.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
• Evaluate clients' current health and wellness, including medical history and lifestyle habits.
• Work with clients to set achievable health and wellness goals, such as weight loss, stress reduction, or improved fitness levels.
• Create customized plans that may include exercise routines, nutrition plans, and other lifestyle changes.
• Offer regular coaching sessions, check-ins, feedback, and motivational support.
• Track clients' progress towards their goals, adjusting plans as needed.
• Teach clients about nutrition, healthy eating habits, stress management, and relaxation techniques.
• Lead group sessions or workshops on various health and wellness topics.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, research and best practices.
• Inspire and motivate customers.
**Skills and Qualifications: **
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of fitness programs, diet plans, and health and wellness principles.
• Proven experience as a wellness coach or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire customers of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about fitness and wellness
