This is an entry-level position that requires no experience. You will be consulting and guiding our union and association members through the process of selecting the appropriate benefit program for their family's specific situation. Benefits representatives work with union families to develop and enroll members in a supplemental benefit program that best fits their needs.
This position is a commission-based career and also provides advancement to the manager-in-training career path. Our perfect candidate needs to be #careerminded, #professional. We are looking for fast learners that are ready to focus on building a rewarding career.
