JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for operating high speed laser printing systems and other publishing and finishing equipment while maintaining quality assurance, conferring with customers and placing service calls to vendors. Other responsibilities would be training other employees, stocking supplies, general housekeeping duties, and answering the phone as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • One year of Data Processing experience.
  • One year of quality assurance or quality control experience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience working with high priority, confidential document processing.
  • Experience working with high volume print files in a production environment.
  • Experience monitoring hardware and software performance, documenting malfunctions and notifying support staff.
  • Experience making logical decisions to manage appropriate resources.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Starting Salary $37,117.08.
  • Position is located at Huntley Park (4050 W. Tharpe St.).
  • This position weekly work schedule will be Monday – Friday, 12:00 (midnight) to 8:00 am. and is not eligible for the Telework program.
  • With or without accommodations, this position may require occasional lifting (up to 60 lbs.).

SALARY: $35,261.28 - $38,972.88.
