Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (100% onsite)

Industry: Healthcare

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a leading healthcare organization. They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support their human resources systems, including Workday and UKG. Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems, troubleshooting inquiries, and assisting with the implementation of new features. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in HR systems, and the ability to provide excellent customer support to employees and managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance HRIS systems, primarily Workday and UKG.
  • Analyze, test, and deploy new system features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by monitoring system transactions and identifying discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to end users through communication, training sessions, and office hours.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support HRIS operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HRIS experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

Additional Details:

  • This is a newly created position within the company.
  • The HRIS team consists of two professionals and is part of the broader Total Rewards team.
  • Business casual dress code.
